AC&R Foam Insulators LLC is an authorized installer of Icynene, Demilec, Bayer, JM Corbond, and BASF spray foam insulation in Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Spray foam provides some of the most advanced building envelope systems available in construction today.
AC&R foam insulation is a superior insulation system for residential, commerical and industrial applications because it acts as an air barrier to reduce heat loss/gain in addition to providing outstanding thermal protection. It can be used in attics, concrete slab, sidewalls, precast walls, basements and crawlspaces in new and existing buildings – both residential and commercial. AC&R is also an accredited commercial spray foam installer by the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA).

Evaluation Report: Corbond® lll Performance Insulation®CORBOND® III is a two component, spray applied, medium-density, closed cell polyurethane foam plastic insulation system having a nominal density of 2.0 pcf (32 kg/m3). This evaluation report reviews compliance with codes and evaluated various properties.

Bayseal™ CC and Bayseal™ PP spray foam insulations are medium-density polyurethane foam plastics intended to be installed as a component of floor/ceiling and wall assemblies. The materials are two-component, closed cell, one-to-one-by-volumne spray foam with a nominal in-place density of 1.9 pcf (30 kg/m3). This evaluation report reviews compliance with codes and evaluated various properties.
The chart from Demilec shows the reduction of conductive heat flow per inch of spray foam for 0.5 lb, 0.7 lb and 2 lb spray foam insulation.
We also install standard insulation (fiberglass batt, blown and cellulose).
